Working with Sixth formers and schools
On behalf of Gordano School Community Trust Sports Centre I would like to Thank Jackie Wilson for coming along and joining in on our Family Fun Open Day. We really appreciated the fact that Jackie gave up her own time on a very cold, wet and windy Saturday in January to spend time with our clients and future clients. I went to see Jackie to help to understand nutrition better (quite a fussy eater), and to help me change what and how I eat due to being overweight and having high blood pressure. In 4 months I have lost 2 stone, and do not even feel like I have been on some sort of dreaded diet whatsoever. l feel fitter in myself, and feel I can happily carry on from where I am now, and can achieve my goals of getting more healthy longterm. Highly recommended by me.
