I came to Jackie after trying the low fodmap myself but not feeling as I completely understood it. After one session with her I felt confident in proceeding with the diet, and it has significantly helped me with my symptoms.  Anon

I must thank you for all your help and guidance, as without your expertise, I would still be struggling and worrying about leaving the house. I can’t believe the difference a change in diet can make, as I never managed to get to the bottom of which foods were problematic. I have now been following your advice for 5 months, so the benefits are long term and not just a short term respite. I am happy for you to use any of this on your website as I firmly believe that you can help so many peop… Read more

“Jackie visited the secondary school where I teach, and spent time with a Year 13 A level Applied Science class discussing the work carried out by dieticians and nutritionists. She helped the students to understand the challenges which face clients and health professionals, as well as describing the main health issues related to diet. Her warm and approachable manner made it easy for the students to relax and ask a variety of questions. Thank you Jackie for giving up your time to help make the… Read more

I was introduced to Jackie after many years of suffering the horrible symptoms of IBS. In just 6 weeks of following the FODMAP diet, I have felt 100% better! I now have the confidence to reintroduce food groups, knowing that if the symptoms return, I can have some control by returning to the original, recommended diet. Jackie is very approachable, with a good sense of humour, which is very helpful, when symptoms can sometimes be embarrassing!

“Jackie was so easy to access, so I could get my questions answered so quickly we’d have a whole email conversation throughout the day! This continued support is making my dietary queries so much easier, and I recommend her, if you want answers personally catered for you and your needs, that are simple, accessible and that work”

I went to see Jackie to help to understand nutrition better (quite a fussy eater), and to help me change what and how I eat due to being overweight and having high blood pressure. In 4 months I have lost 2 stone, and do not even feel like I have been on some sort of dreaded diet whatsoever. l feel fitter in myself, and feel I can happily carry on from where I am now, and can achieve my goals of getting more healthy longterm. Highly recommended by me.

I know I would have found it impossible to embrace the complexities of the low FODMAP diet without Jackie’s support and thorough knowledge. She was always quick to reply to email queries and gave me the confidence to follow through on what was initially quite a daunting lifestyle change. With her professional and caring help, the diet soon became much easier to follow and I knew I could always approach her if there was something I was unsure about. She is also very flexible and you can visi… Read more
