Jackie is an experienced and thorough dietitian with a lovely caring nature. She guided me through each investigation to a successful conclusion. I have never felt healthier and am now confident in what foods my body can and cannot take.

Jackie’s warmth and personable style made it easy to discuss relatively personal matters in an easy way. The consultation gave me greater confidence putting big changes into place around my diet, which have made my symptoms much more manageable.

I came to Jackie after trying the low fodmap myself but not feeling as I completely understood it. After one session with her I felt confident in proceeding with the diet, and it has significantly helped me with my symptoms.  Anon
I went to see Jackie to help to understand nutrition better (quite a fussy eater), and to help me change what and how I eat due to being overweight and having high blood pressure. In 4 months I have lost 2 stone, and do not even feel like I have been on some sort of dreaded diet whatsoever. l feel fitter in myself, and feel I can happily carry on from where I am now, and can achieve my goals of getting more healthy longterm. Highly recommended by me.

I know I would have found it impossible to embrace the complexities of the low FODMAP diet without Jackie’s support and thorough knowledge. She was always quick to reply to email queries and gave me the confidence to follow through on what was initially quite a daunting lifestyle change. With her professional and caring help, the diet soon became much easier to follow and I knew I could always approach her if there was something I was unsure about. She is also very flexible and you can visi… Read more

She helped the students to understand the challenges which face clients and health professionals, as well as describing the main health issues related to diet. Her warm and approachable manner made it easy for the students to relax and ask a variety of questions. Thank you Jackie for giving up your time to help make the… Read more

After being diagnosis with anaemia and unable to tolerate any iron supplements, Jackie was able to help me with what foods had the most amounts of iron which has helped me maintain my iron levels. Jackie is also  very down to earth and is very friendly person.

“Jackie was so easy to access, so I could get my questions answered so quickly we’d have a whole email conversation throughout the day! This continued support is making my dietary queries so much easier, and I recommend her, if you want answers personally catered for you and your needs, that are simple, accessible and that work”
